To add, a beneficial quote from Wahb ibn Munnabih.

Wahb ibn Munabbih was once asked; “Isn’t the statement of “La ilaha illa-lah” the key to Paradise?”

He answered;

“Yes! But every key has ridges. If you come with the key that has the right ridges, the door will open for you. Yet if you do not have the right ridges the door will not open for you.”

May Allah ta’ala give us knowledge of La ilaha illa-lah and its conditions, such that we fulfill them and may it not be simply a statement on the tongue, but rather one that is manifested through our actions. Aameen
