Actually أقسم is not a three letter verb (فعل ثلاثي مجرد), so it cannot be on the 6 baabs. It is a four letter verb (فعل ثلاثي مزيد فيه). It comes from قسم and then you add أ to get أقْسَمَ (he swore). The mudari is يُقْسِمُ (he is swearing). And then we get the mutakkalim for this أُقْسِمُ.</description>
