Salam Alaikum Wa. Rahmatullah,
Akhi, ur intentions are good, and may Allah reward you for it. However are you qualified to do these kind of sessions?
For example, there are some problems in how you recite out the Khutbah tul Hajja, please check it with a shaykh. Also regarding unqualified people teaching, please check this article, at http://madeenah.com/article.cfm?id=1254.
