May Allaah help us establish the Salaah firmly in our lives. One little thing I wanted to share that one of my teachers taught me was that the Salaah is like a shield around your Eman...i.e. Shaytaan would never come and ask you to commit shirk or kufr without first attacking your level 1 shield - as-Salaah. So my teacher (May Allaah protect him) said, establish the Sunnah so that it will be a shield for the Fardh and then establish the Nawaafil for it to shield your Sunnah. So just like those RPG games, you build upon your shield levels/strength. And remember the words of Allaah "Innahu Lakum Aduwwum Mubeen"..."Surely, he is...for you all...a Manifest, Clear Enemy" Excellent reminder. May Allaah help us establish the Salaah firmly in our lives.
