Well it (your comment) got me thinking, if you were to know more than what Allaah told you in the Qur'aan and through his prophet about the past nations or about the future to come, would you be any better off than you are right now? Would it perhaps help you climb newer heights in paradise?...didn't think so...then why don't you focus on the "now" and how you can lift yourself to greater heights.

Also, as a response to your comment about finding past nations already in heaven, Imaam al-Bukhari, Muslim and an-Nasaa'i report from Abu Hurayrah radiAllaahuAnhu that the Prophet salAllaahu Alayhi waSallam said: "We are the last, but we will be the first on the Day of Resurrection. We will be the first of mankind to enter Paradise."

Several other hadeeth refer to this fact that this ummah will be the first to enter Paradise and this is a point of complete consensus amongst the scholars of Islaam. And thinking otherwise would in all honesty be mere conjecture.

Allaah has the power to do what ever he wills and it is not for us to play the guessing game on what he did or what he will do. He warns us against this in the Qur'aan in Surah Mudaththir where He mentions a conversation in which the people of the fire are asked "What got you into fire?" they reply saying a couple of things and in one of them they say, "we used to enter into vain discourse with those who engaged [in it]"

I hope you get my point...

Well it got me thinking if Allah is eternal then maybe he created civilizations before us aswell and when we enter Heaven(Inshallah) we shall meet those people aswell. Since Allah is eternal, after deciding our fate, what next, will he create a new civilization which he might had before us even. Get my point???
